You must be 18 years of age to enter.
 

Videos must be between thirty seconds and seven minutes in length.
 

Videos must be posted to entrant’s personal Facebook or Instagram account AND include the hashtag #YogaPura.
 

Video entries must be posted by January 29, 2017.
 

Winners will receive free tuition to the February Yoga Nidra Certification Course in Scottsdale, Arizona. Retail value $799. Hotel accommodations and meals are not included.
 

Free tuition cannot be transferred or postponed and has no cash value.
 

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges and awarded in three categories:
 

• Most inspiring

• Most creative

• Randomly selected
